Have you ever found yourself in a place where you can no longer ‘stay’ wherever you are now, but haven’t figured out where it is that you’re going yet?
I’ve been hearing variations of that from a lot of people lately, including myself.
After years of lockdowns, we’re moving into a space where it feels more like it did before covid, even though most of us aren’t the same people we once were. Going ‘back to normal’ can feel weird when you’re very aware that you no longer know what normal is for you.
I’ve been feeling this pull to change up how I am running my coaching business. I’ve built a wonderful foundation and love what I do. I am just becoming very aware that how I did it before will not be how I do it moving forward. I’ve changed and my coaching and business needs to change with me. Working as an outdated version of ourselves is not what will lead us to fulfillment and alignment.
Have you been feeling something similar lately?
I dive further into this topic on the podcast this week, and give some suggestions on how best to approach this feeling and shift in a way that is supportive.
The space in between where you’ve been and where you’ll end up next can be challenging, but it's also an exciting place to be.
If you ever need anything, I’m just a reply button away.
Keep being awesome my friend.
Until next week,
Lana
