This kind of clarity and knowing is a foundation piece in building out and living our best lives.
Maybe that’s because our dreams are actually premonitions, and not fantasies that only exist in our minds.
What if our dreams are the seeds we plant.
That we nurture, grow and harvest inside the soil that is made up of our unique gifts, thoughts, skills, upbringing, ideas, ways of living and community.
If your dreams are in fact premonitions of what is possible for you?
What if it isn’t about hustling, grinding and sacrificing yourself, but this beautiful balance of doing the work, taking the steps, getting the support and tearing down those barriers through compassion and healing for ourselves?
That is what this online experience and event is all about.
We will be fusing energy healing together through poetry, sound, meditation, community, facilitation, and intention setting. This will create a unique form of transforming energy that no longer serves us, and call in energy that's aligned with where we’re going and who we’re becoming.
The true art of creating what we desire is to consciously choose our desires and goals, and committing to the energy of bringing them into reality. It means creating community, tapping into our intuition and providing the space needed to hear the beautiful wisdom we have inside of us.
This event is meant to help us learn how to tap deeper into our own intuitive gifts and knowing, to help guide on towards what we want to create and experience.
Whether you feel confident in tapping into your intuition and want an energetic tune-up or you have absolutely no idea how to do it but want to begin the process of better understanding how, this event and experience is for you.
Combining poetry, sound, meditation, community, facilitation, and intention setting throughout this event, we will create a unique form of energy healing that is cleansing, nourishing and also expansive.
This event is live (replay will be available), and all forms of energy healing will be delivered live.
Here is a small sound sample of a past live experience to help ground you in what to expect.
This event will be a mix of both being interactive and receiving.
The interactive pieces will be to clear out what needs to go, to help create space for what we’re calling in.

Who we are
Lana (they/them) is an eternal optimist, dreamer, social + spiritually conscious serial entrepreneur who also happens to be a business coach, meditation teacher, poet, creator of The Lighthouse Collective, podcaster and co-creator of Astrid Park (and off-grid camper motel).
RoberKuang (he/him) is an intuitive life coach and sound healer with a focus in creativity, energy healing, and leadership development. His training background is rooted in classical/neo-classical piano, ontological coaching, and intuitive guidance.
Together we blend our healing modalities, philosophies and coaching to bring about a unique and transformative experience for all - including ourselves.
