My Journey in Web3
When I first stepped into the crypto space, I knew I wanted to be part of building systems that worked for people, not against them. I’ve had the privilege of contributing to projects, protocols, and communities that are at the frontier of decentralized innovation—each one teaching me that the future of this space isn’t just about technology. It’s about people, collaboration, and the courage to experiment.
Over the years..
I’ve served on the Board of Directors at Unlock Protocol and contributed to governance councils with Gitcoin and Octant, while helping launch and mentor builder networks such as GreenPill and GoodDollar to support ideas from vision to execution. I’ve acted as a grant advisor at CharmVerse, collaborating with protocols like Polygon and Cyber, and contributed to DeFi and stablecoin adoption through projects including Glo Dollar and climate-focused initiatives featured on Crypto Altruists. Along the way, I’ve founded and iterated ventures like Spinach.fi, BYOB, and Astrid Park—blending innovation with grounded, real-world execution—and earned recognition as a three-time ETHGlobal Hackathon prize winner. Each project has deepened my commitment to creating ecosystems that are resilient, regenerative, and built for long-term impact.

But big dreams require a lot of work and responsibility.
Making space for that person to emerge means cultivating a strategy that is in alignment with who you are and leaning on the support of a community that encourages your deepest desires.

But big dreams require a lot of work and responsibility.
The learning curve is steep, but I fundamentally believe it’s worth it. Online entrepreneurs, especially, you are closer to this shift than you realize.
I believed that if I worked hard, pushed myself, mastered my mindset, and grinded it out, that I would finally achieve what I desired.
I began to doubt myself (a lot!) and thought that maybe I didn’t have it in me to live the dream life I pictured for myself... that maybe I wasn’t cut out for a life and business of impact, joy, and being my full self.
What I realized was that hustling for my self-worth through business accomplishments only pushed me further from the things that truly matter to me: my values, my relationships, my desire to enjoy my life, and the impact I want to bring to this world.
So I started looking for communities and support systems that embraced the core of who I was instead of programs that tried to change me to fit into a rigid success plan.
I invested over $100,000 in coaching, masterminds, and trainings over the years.
Immersing myself into authentic communities, not curated programs that promised one way of doing life and business.
Finding groups where I could ask questions and have my needs and desires voiced in a safe space.
Filling my life with peers who were on the same growth journey as me, without feeling like there was something wrong with me or that we had to compete with one another. Finding people with whom I could create a better, more equalible world through having real conversations.
I created The Lighthouse Collective as an extension of the most impactful transition period in my life and business.
We are taught to fit within a mold to be ‘employable,’ yet the cost of living is rising
and people feel disconnected from what truly makes them come alive. Web3 offers an
opportunity to step outside outdated systems and explore new ways of creating rooted
in entrepreneurship, sovereignty, community care, and shared rewards. While not
without its challenges, this technology has the potential to support regenerative
economics, public goods, and more equitable models of value if enough of us choose
to learn, participate, and help shape what comes next!

Some of the collective teachings will be pre-recorded, allowing you to consume them at your own pace and leaving room for authentic connection and discussion on our calls. You will have the flexibility to decide which topics you want to dive into, which ones you prefer to catch a replay of, or to skip them all together. It’s all about following your own guidance in knowing what is for you and what isn’t. There are no expectations and no gold stars to hand out.
