Okay I got it Lana, you do different things for different people….but what does that actually look like?

In this area of my work I focus on key areas:

Discovering who you TRULY are (not just your checklist, goal setting, and empire building persona), the genuine you and bringing that person into your work and life again.

Setting up your business to ONLY have to do the work that truly makes you come alive, feel inspired and excited. We aren’t here to build empires that simply require us to sell our soul by doing work we truly resent, that zaps us of our energy, and takes us away from what’s important in the name of ‘profit’.

Finding ways to make more money, while actually creating more time and energy for you.

Lastly, using this information to craft, map out, and start building this next chapter of your journey. Please note, this doesn’t always mean doing more, but can mean simply setting things up to step away and start something new (and this new thing often involves spending more time living than working) .

Being a coach, and in my case, early on in business development can be lonely and intimidating. When we first started working together, not knowing what to do in most cases (marketing and sales) was a huge road block for me.

Working with Lana has broken a lot of the walls I had. Not only about the practical and hands on parts of my business, but also about who I am and the person I want to be in and for my business. Even though I’m a seasoned marketer, it was really helpful to learn marketing from you because you broke it down into easy-to-understand language and concepts. The thing I recall most from our time working together was that it gave me the confidence to position myself the way I do and how to structure / sell my offer with confidence. And it never ceased to amaze me how much I needed you to reinforce that I was on the right track over and over again. There were so many times I would be spiraling because of a setback or my own internal issues, and I knew that our call would bring me back to my true purpose, overcome fears and doubts, and get back to work on building the life and work of my dreams.

I also loved that you took the time to understand me as a person (through personality tests, etc.) so that you catered your coaching to me specifically. I think if I had a coach who took a cookie-cutter approach, I would have rebelled. I knew you would meet me where I was at time and time again.
